Male Body Image / Men's Health

I wrote about male body image for the November issue of Men’s Health and, honestly, it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever worked on. To accompany a survey of Men’s Health readers, I talked to six men of different shapes and sizes who told me things about their bodily histories that, in some cases, moved me to tears. They also got me thinking hard about my complicated relationship with my own body, which became the introduction to the feature.
