Henry Cavill for Bond / Esquire

I wrote about why Henry Cavill is the obvious next James Bond for Esquire. He was a very close runner-up to Daniel Craig for Casino Royale, and the Bond franchise has a history almost as long as its own of casting actors previously considered (and sometimes also actually cast).
